Mommy and Me Movement Class - Fee: $42.50
18 month - 2 1/2 year olds
Join your toddler in this 30 minute MOMMY & ME movement class which will improve your toddler's motor skills and coordination while they are having fun and developing social skills.  During this structured class parents will assist children in their first exposure to a range of activities including rhythmic movement, ball play, obstacle courses, parachute games and much more!
 
Tumblin' Tots - Fee: $50
2 1/2 & 3 year olds
Our "Adventures in Exercise" make fitness fun for for children.  With exercise hidden within play based activities your child will build motor skills and coordination while having fun and developing social skills.  Activities include weekly greeting and stretch, cardio warm ups with props and music, obstacle courses and games, parachute play and more!  In a non-competitive setting we encourage listening and cooperation and it is our goal to see that each child experiences feelings of success during each class leading to improved self-esteem and confidence.
