fitness and athletic cross training classes just for girls
The name means just that, a balance in athletics. All classes consist of fitness, coordination and athletic cross training stations including activities related to the whole child. Attendees to the classes, work on agility, balance, core strength, coordination, speed, endurance and flexibility through yoga, while also learning about healthy eating, the mind/body connection in physical activity and improving confidence in all they do!
Girls b Fit
A fitness and athletic class just for girls in 1st -5th grades
This class is FUN! The girls revel in being active, having fun, and learning new skills. Activities include physical games girls love to participate in such as hula hoops, jump ropes, and dances but also branch out to include agility training, ball skills, core stability, fitness stations, obstacle courses, yoga and more. Participants will be creating neuromuscular connections that will enhance physical pursuits for life!

For girls in 3rd-6th gradesA field hockey ball handling clinic on the turf. Includes practice with dribbling, receiving, dodges, hand eye coordination, and ball movement.

b Fit Athletic Cross Training
For girls in 5th-8th grades
A fun and active whole body and mind fitness and athletic conditioning class. Each session will include fitness training stations, skills and drills, obstacle courses, relays, and games to improve stamina, agility, speed, coordination, core strength and flexibility. Girls will be challenged while learning about body fitness, nutrition, and the importance of your mind, spirit and attitude in the accomplishment of physical goals. We utilize a variety of fitness and athletic training equipment that can be replicated at home.

For girls in 7th -12th grades
You can be strong and be flexible. Improve overall athleticism by working on these two important components and become a well balanced and more mobile athlete.
